Google Chrome Favourite Manga DBZ, Full Metal Alchemist	Thought I'd make a topic to discuss transfer rumours/official moves over the off-season. Arsenal have apparently made a Ł20 million bid for Vardy. I'd be wary if I were an Arsenal fan. He's only really had one good season under his belt. Before this season, he'd scored 25 goals in 97 games, two of those seasons being in the Championship. Plus, even if he does keep up his current level of play, he turns 30 this season. Considering pace is a pretty big part of his game, he's only going to be in his prime for maybe 2 seasons before he starts to decline. I think there are better options out there.

He has a Ł20 million release clause, although Suarez had a Ł40 million clause and Liverpool just said "no", so I don't think it means much. Also, I think Ł20 million is about right. He'll be 30 this season. I don't think you can pay upwards of Ł20 million for a player who'll soon be declining, let alone one as risky as Vardy. Completely missed that Gundogan has signed for City. That's a good signing, really fits the Guardiola style, assuming he sticks to the possession based game.

He's decent, but I don't feel like he's that good. 5 of his 11 league goals came in 2 games. I guess it's unfair to mark him down for scoring multiple times in a game, but it leaves him with a pretty unremarkable 6 goals in 36 games. Not exactly inspiring.

Haven't seen Liverpool linked with any centre backs? They're losing Skrtel, Caulker, and Toure, you'd think they'd sign at least one. Looks likely United will have Ibrahimovic and Mkhitaryan by the end of the week.

They have Matip coming in, looks like quite a good player, haven't seen enough of him to be convinced though. If Skrtel leaves I imagine we'll see another CB coming in, I think Skrtel has been poor for a while now so if they replace him it'll leave Liverpool with Sakho, Lovren, Matip + new CB which isn't a bad group (I'm assuming Lovren and Sakho will keep up their form after poor starts to their Liverpool careers). Joe Gomez can also play CB and Andre Wisdom is 23 so it's now or never for him at Liverpool. On his day Mane can be unstoppable, but the stats Mitas posted kind of sums him up, he's not consistent. Perhaps Klopp can work some magic. A friend of mine has all but got himself a move to Reading too.

I think you might be getting confused with Pep Guardiola. He hates Pep Guardiola.
